Diabetes Prevention Program Now Enrolling BIFMC Patients January 8, 2024

BIFMC will be hosting another round of the Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) with Lifestyle Coach, Emma Bryan! We are looking for participants for the 2024 Program year!

The DPP is a CDC backed program for those experiencing pre diabetes to learn lifestyle changes and habits to help lower their risk of developing diabetes. The program is 16 zoom sessions, with each session lasting for 1 hour. If you would like to learn more, find more resources below!

Current BIFMC patients who are interested in participating in the program should email Ms. Bryan with the days and times that work best for your schedule. Sessions will be taking place via zoom starting in mid January 2024, so it’s accessible anytime and place with a WiFi connection.

Hope to see you there!
