A Day to Look Good - and Feel Even Better.

BIFMC’S Annual Fashion for a Cause and Sip n Shop will take place from 11am -2pm on Wednesday, December 3rd, 2025 at the River Course Ballroom at Kiawah Island Club.

This annual event features a sip & shop, live runway event and top fashion vendors names such as J. McLaughlin, Holly & Brooks,  M. Dumas, Sara Campbell and more - all while enjoying lunch and beverages with friends old and new! All proceeds will benefit the uninsured in our island communities by providing free medical care at BIFMC.
