The Event will be followed by a buffet dinner, cocktails, music by Mumbo Jumbo - and an incredible Silent Auction featuring 4 phenomenal items! Additional Details

'Give a Break, Get a Break' cards are sold for $100 each. A card entitles the Holder to move a ball, anywhere on the course, out of trouble to a safe spot - no nearer to the hole. Card includes raffle entry; all proceeds support free patient visits at BIFMC. If you would like to purchase a card for you or your team players ahead of the event, please list the number below and add $100 per card total to your check out price.

IMPORTANT: Registration is contingent upon payment in full.
