Barrier Islands Free Medical Clinic is a free clinic in Charleston, SC. We provide free healthcare to eligible patients. To register as a patient or schedule an appointment at The Free Clinic, please call us during regular office hours or leave us message after hours and we will return your call as quickly as possible. Hours

For scheduled appointments, we see patients every Monday through Friday between 9am- 4pm. We will try to accommodate same-day appointments when possible; please call ahead to check availability.

From the intersection of Main Road/Bohicket and Maybank Highway, we are 1.3 miles on the left.  From the intersection of River Road and Maybank Highway, we are 2 miles on the right. The Clinic is located across the street from Charleston Cleaners and marked by a large, white, lighted sign.
