Before visiting the Barrier Islands Free Medical Clinic, there are a few steps that need to be completed first to make sure you are ready.

Step 1
Confirm Your Eligibility
Review the qualifications to confirm that you meet the residential, income and insurance requirements.
Step 2
Proof of Eligibility
Once you know that you are eligible, make sure you have the documents proving your eligibility to bring to your appointment.
Step 3
Fill Out Your Forms
Fill out patient information, medical history and consent forms to bring with you. Doing this ahead of time ensures you are ready.
Step 4
Make an Appointment
