Barrier Islands Free Medical Clinic recently announced details for its 10th Annual Lowcountry Wine & Beer Festival, a popular fundraising event held at Freshfields Village every year. This festival – open to the public – will occur on Sunday, October 2nd, from 3-6pm. Advanced sale tickets can be purchased at Indigo Books at Freshfields Village, with a pre-sale price of $40 per adult ticket and $20 per youth. Tickets will also be available for purchase for $45 at the gates on the day of the event.

This year’s Lowcountry Wine & Beer Festival will feature a vast array of wine selections supplied by Wine Bar 48, as well as from the private cellar of a BIFMC donor. Craft brews will be served by local vendor Revelry Brewery, and the event will be catered by Crave Charleston Catering.

Local Charleston favorite Bluegrass and R&B band The Lowhills will perform at the event.
